Hello,
I currently have a server running Windows 2003 Standard with Terminal Services. DOORS Server 9.1 runs on this machine, and most clients will be connecting to it using their own client on their own machine. However, some will require terminal server access.
I have noticed that from remote machines the DOORS Client will connect flawlessly to the DOORS Server. However, connected under Terminal Server, I get an error message about the license file being changed too many times. I assume that's probably not the case since DOORS Clients on remote machines connect just fine.
The license file is entirely uncounted since it is a temporary license. I have read the Flexnet manual and it said terminal server clients need a license manager to count licenses, so uncounted licenses cannot be used. Would this change since USE_SERVER is in the license file? The error message doesn't seem to mention anything about uncounted licenses being an issue, either but I'm not ruling it out.
Does anyone have any information on this?
